1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may modify the terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Service Contracts
When a client and freelancer enter into a contract, they are creating a direct agreement with each other. India Best Freelancer is not a party to that contract. We provide tools to facilitate these agreements, including payment processing and dispute resolution, but the responsibility for the work and payment rests with the client and freelancer.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service in any medium; (b) using any automated system to access the service; (c) interfering with the proper working of the service; (d) engaging in any fraudulent activity.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Use of the service is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall India Best Freelancer, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
